My sweet sisters decided I needed to have a baby shower.
I was nervous to have one because I haven't been in one place
for a long time and I was afraid no one would come. It turned out great,
I was so happy so many of my friends and family came and I wish it
could have lasted all day because it was fun to catch up with them. Thank you
to everyone for coming and for making this day special for me and baby Lola.
And very much thanks to my mom, and sisters who love and take care of me.

Survival Week With the Niece and Nephew

Proof to Saundra that their aunt hygienist made them brush their teeth:)

Saundra and Wes went out of town for a week so Mom and I watched Jackson and London. It was so fun but a ton of work too. Luckily my sister is so organized and made it easier for us.

Grandma struggling to get London dressed...once again.Grandpa came to visit for a day and the kids loved it!

I think it is so cute that Londie always cuddles up to Jackson when
I take a picture of the two of them.

One of the many forts J and L made, they play so well together. London loves her brother and Jackson is very thoughtful and takes care of her.

Funny Jackson story.

Jackson wanted to go to McDonalds and my mom suggested he eat an orange instead to be healthy. She then explained to him why it is important to eat God's food; food that is made from the earth. He looked at my mom seriously and then said

"So is McDonald's Satan's food?"

Grapes!

They are so cute and such good kids!! It was so fun to be with them
all the time, even though they are hard work.

London would rather not wear clothes!! That was hard work
because we would get her all dressed and ready and
we would turn around and she would look like this!

London could not get enough of my pregnant belly. She would sit on my lap and pull up my shirt and talk to baby Lola. London even made a pile of blankets and clothes to give to baby Lola.

This is for you Saun, dad took Teddie on a walk!

Happenings in St. George

Since Lucy died everyone in my family has been missing her
It was only a matter of time before my parents got another dog.
We found Tilly on KSL.com, we aren't really sure why her family
wanted to give her away but we decided to take a chance. We went and
looked at her and met her family. Tilly is 3 years old and has had one
litter of pups, she is a full Boston Terrier. The day after we looked at her I asked my
dad if he was going to get her and he said she had been sold. I kind of figured he
he had been the one to buy her and he was just pulling my leg. I didn't
say anything because I didn't want to get my hopes up. Sure enough after
my parents went "to lunch" they came home with Tilly. Before Dad surprised us
Bryan and I thought we would be smart and surprise my parents with welcome
home signs for Tilly. So far she has been great! She is house broken, does several tricks and does not bark....at all! She is such a sweetie and kind of timid. She isn't much like Lucy, but we love having her around.

Tilly Girl!

My mom knows a lot about sewing and
worked hard to teach me and Bryan how to quilt.

Baby quilt making with mom. I have decided making baby
quilts is way too expensive! But fun to make, even Bryan
knows how to use the sewing machine.

My dad and Bryan were fighting over who got the
quilt so I decided to keep it for myself . Hi Tilly!

I finally finished my quilt that I started in 2002!

Laura and Dad out in beautiful St. George.

Christmas In St. George

Merry Christmas 2009

Lucky for Jackson and London, they got the 2
Cayman dollars we accidentally brought home.

My little sister, Chelsea's cat. His name is Benjamin.

Hot tub time!

Bryan trying to teach Teddie, my sisters dog some manners.
Bryan is so good with dogs and training them.
Too bad Teddie couldn't stay with us longer :)

Saundra wrapping presents for J and L.

Every Christmas in St. G I get a picture of my parents on this couch,
I don't even mean to... guess they sit there too much.

I am not very good at taking pictures of everyone and
this is the only one of me and Bryan.

Saundra gave me and Chel these way cute headbands!

Riley loved the head band so much he borrowed Chel's for the day.

Happy Birthday Mom

My mom turned 53 this month! We were lucky enough to get back from Cayman just in time to celebrate. Every year my mom always says she just wants her family to be together and although we usually try to get together for her birthday it was just Dad, Grandma, me and Bryan. But the good thing is that we are all together for Christmas this year!
Bryan and I are so glad to be back and done with another section of medical school.

LEAVING CAYMAN

This is everything we had in Cayman. It's amazing we could even fit all that stuff in our tiny little dumpy studio apartment.

The Dental Office's Christmas Dinner the night before we left.
The girls from work all of whom I will miss.
