Vacation to Idaho

Bryan and I planned a trip to Florida while he was on break in August, we have been looking forward to going to Disney World and just hanging out in the states. However I started to get really sick and all I wanted to do was stay in bed. When Bryan told his parents we were going to Florida they offered to fly us to Idaho instead so we could spend our vacation with them. It was a hard offer to turn down so we took it! We were both immediately so excited to we with our family. Diane drove during the night to pick us up in SLC and Bryan drove us back to Idaho. It was so fun to just be with our family, we also got spoiled which was awesome! Thank you Taylors for such a fun vacation!

Diane treated me to some very cute maternity clothes which I am so grateful for especially now that I am getting bigger.

The Wood's are huge on taking pictures but every time we are with the Taylors and I pull out my camera they all moan and groan! I am going to have to change that....slowly but surely:)

Belly Pictures

Bryan keeps asking me if I want to take the monthly baby belly pictures and since I have been so sick I haven't felt like doing anything but lying in bed. Right before we left for Idaho went to dinner and I took my first baby belly pictures which really doesn't show much. I guess you will know if I continue to take belly pictures.

Currently I am 15 weeks pregnant and I am starting to feel so much better. I am actually starting to get excited that we are finally having a baby.

1st belly picture, I took this so clearly it doesn't show much.

My date, Mr. Bryan Taylor.

Bryan's date, Mrs. Laura Taylor.

I was not afriad to jump right into the full pannel maternity jeans! They are so comfy and since I have been so sick and uncomfortable I love these pants.

This is my dad's way of taking a baby belly of me. Thanks dad!

City of Rocks

I didn't get a picture of Sam climbing, so here he is (US Marine) sitting on a rock.

I had to post this lovely picture of myself since my hair looks so long! I haven't cute my hair since January and I didn't realize how long it looked. I just cut about 4 inches off.

They Taylor's. Our first day into camp was awesome! Because we changed plans at the last minute and decided to go to Idaho instead of Florida no one besides Sam and Saundra knew we were going to meet the Wood's at City of Rocks. Our plan was to walk into camp Saturday morning and it was totally worth keeping the it a secret. My mom just couldn't believe we were there, I think everyone was pretty surprised.

This is the first time we have camped together! Diane and Russ bought Bryan this tent which we love. Bryan selected it based upon color, but it is also a good tent. Too bad we only got to camp one night.

Sam, Laura, Chelsea and Saundra. Although I am pretending that I like veggies I haven't been able to eat them since I got pregnant. Any vegetable makes me gag and then throw up so I haven't been eating them for about 4 months now.

Riley leading the climb. Chelsea and Riley are pro climbers, they were nice enough to belay all of us for hours. It was fun to see how far everyone could climb. Thanks Chelsea and Riley for all the fun climbing!

London wanted me to take a picture of her mosquito bite.

Saundra climbing. Riley on the belay and Wes scratching his ear.

I didn't realize how in shape this UPS man was, he was one of the fastest climbers.

My mom was a great climber too....way better than me, sad to admit.

Bryan climbing.

Wes enjoying sitting on a rock.

Chelsea setting me up for the climb.

My 53 year old dad climbing.

Chelsea hoisting Jackson up the rock, with a lot of help from Chelsea Jackson made it all the way to the top.

Me and my little buddy. I love it when he comes and snuggles up next to me.

London with her new crush. She thought the faces he was making at her were funny. She was giggling for a good 10 minutes while playing peek-a-boo.

Family picture City of Rocks 2009. Riley and Chelsea started this tradition that we all go to City of Rocks during the summer. This is our second year and it has been so fun! We forgot to get Lucy in the truck, she was all ready to head home and we forgot her! I am sad since this was her last family trip with us.

Traditional Wood Kids picture. We sat on a fence post last year and got a picture like this so of course we had to take one again.

Hangin with the Nye's

After City of Rocks, Bryan had to go back to start school and I had an extra week off work so I got to stay longer.....Yippy!

I had these silicone bra pad things from a long time ago and I randomly found one in the bottom drawer at my parents house. I gave it to London and told her she could now have her very own boobie. Little did I know she would get so attached. We all laughed at her when she would hold her boobie and say loudly "I love my boobie!" She loved it so much she wouldn't even let anyone else hold it.

Jackson, very proud of the amount of huckleberries he picked. Thank you Jackson for sitting in the back seat of the van the entire trip and not complaining about it. I love you little buddy!

Wes has made UPS a big part of all of our lives. Every time I see a UPS truck I get excited just like London and Jackson.

Saundra's Birthday Dinner at Happy Summo.

Right when I got home we went for a ride in Dad's car.

Dad took me and Chel and mom for Sushi...go figure. I have eaten more sushi in the states than I have in almost a year in Grand Cayman! Although I have indicated on this blog that I haven't been eating veggies, but yes to sushi; please note that I mainly ate california rolls and I do take my vitamins. (Just so none of you think I am going to be the worste mom ever!:)

I took this picture from Sugar City Cemetery. With a little help from Saundra I think it turned out pretty cool. While everyone was busy doing various things on the farm or in town Saun, London and I went to visit grandma and grandpa.

Saying hello to Grandma and Grandpa.

Look close at the name on the tomb stone! It is Saundra's exact name, she was named after my Aunt Saundra. She was only about a year old when she died, she was my grandma's first child.

I love the way London hugged close to the headstone. We spent about 20 minutes here laughing and talking about grandma and grandpa. We also had time to take a few fun pictures. It was such a pretty evening.

Saundra and London with Grandma and Grandpa.

It was difficult to get London to hold still long enough to take these pictures, she kept wanting to take the pictures herself. We ended up laughing so hard after trying to get all 3 of us in the pictures.

Look at the cute little hand on Saun's neck....London is such a sweet little girl.

Because Dad was working on the farm we couldn't have Wes's birthday cake until late that night after Jackson and London went to bed. Of course we all picked all the chocolate off the cake even before the candles were lit while we were waiting for dad to get there. It is difficult for a Wood to hold back from chocolate cake.

Dad got a new combine equipped with a GPS system, basically dad just sleeps while the combine does the work:)

This is one of my favorite views. Looking up from the farm at all the rolling hills. The Tetons are in the distance but didn't show up in this picture. I love to visit the farm now, especially since I am no longer required to pull weeds, get covered in chaff or operate heavy equipment which I never think was a good idea in the beginning.
