In Love with Lola

First spoon feeding, just getting used to the texture. I thought I wouldn't like feeding her, turns out I can't wait for tomorrow morning to try again! (Please note what Lola's bib says).
Buggy in her Bumbo.

Lucky Lola! Daddy forgot his cell phone one day so we got to visit him at work. She was really happy to see him although she won't smile for the camera.
Best Buddies.
Trying out our sling one morning. I look forward to each morning waking up to Lola and getting to play with her for a couple hours before she goes down for a nap. Never ever did I think I would love being a mom so much!

I couldn't choose so I posted all.

Bryan and his look-a-like.
Baby baldspot
Lola doing sit ups in the bathtub.

I couldn't choose which bath picture to show my family so I posted 4! My blog has now become pictures of Lola, but that's OK because this is the only way her family in WA, UT and ID get to see her.

Lola used to hate bath time, I couldn't figure it out. One day while Bryan was helping with bath time he noticed her cute little bum was red. Turns out the dumb bath we had made by SAFETY FIRST had a bump in the middle that had started to rub on her. Talk about SAFETY LAST, I will not buy anything from that company now. I went right out the next day and came home with a new tub for her and now she can't get enough of bath time. She likes to stay in there so long she comes out with little "pruned" fingers and toes. I love this girly!

I love this girly!

Uh Mom, you're not supposed to let me sleep with these head bands on!
The other day Lola fell asleep in the car. When I peeked in on her and she was awake looking like this....oops.
Can't get enough of her, love her every minute. Every night I give her a bath and then I let her look at herself in the mirror. This is one of her happiest times of day and I love it too.

She looks like her daddy.
She likes the swimming pool, but only if she is out of the water.

Very happy Lola on mommy's lap.

We had a fun weekend hanging out and we even made time to bake Bryan's favorite treat.

Cleveland

Bryan practicing IV's on yours truly.
Lola doesn't quite know how she feels about her new Bumbo seat.
Momma's baby!

Lola wanted to have a private Sunday School lesson instead of staying through sacrament. I have a feeling church will be interesting from here on out.

Baby girl.

See daddy, I don't always wear jammies. Mommy does dress me up sometimes.

Getting ready for bath time.

Tired Lola in her new jammies.

The squirrel that lives right outside our window.

At least he keeps himself clean.

Moving to Cleveland

The 100 year old house we moved into has the squeakiest floors imaginable! We can barely walk when Lola is asleep. That is why Bryan is standing is standing like this. If you walk on the very outer edges of the floor it squeaks less. If we had known about the floors before we signed a contract I probably wouldn't have chosen to live here. However, there are few places that are new, in the area we want to live in.

Walk in closet????
Clearly someone wasn't using their head when they designed this closet.

Unpacking....ugh!
One of my favorite things about summer... can you see it?
There it is! Little Lola's bare feet. I am looking to a Summer without any shoes on my baby.

Leaving St. George

Buggy and I got stuck at the airport for 9 hours longer than planned. Our flight got canceled and we were lucky we didn't have to spend the night in the Dallas Airport.
This is one of her better moments while stuck at the airport. We found a nice little place where we camped out for a few hours. She was very happy to have "kicky leg" time.
Here we are leaving sunny St. George. Did I mention that we got a new vehicle? My dad helped us out and found this awesome truck which I love. The best part about this truck is that Lola gets to sit right next to us in the front seat. She love it!

Taking a final nap on mommy and daddy's king size bed.

Buggy and Grandma Susie developed a special bond.
